What is the minimum age to purchase from KamagraAU?
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any product from KamagraAU. By ordering, you confirm you are legally allowed to import prescription medications under Australia’s Personal Importation Scheme. 

I emailed you—why haven’t I received a reply yet?
We do our best to respond promptly, but due to high demand, please allow up to one business day for a reply. Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (AEST). Sending multiple emails before a response may delay your query, as it resets your position in the queue.

Shipping Questions

How soon will my order be shipped?
The majority of orders are processed and shipped within one business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your delivery.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item or a faulty product?
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us immediately via email. We’ll provide a Reply Paid label for you to return the item. Once we receive it, we’ll send out a replacement. Please ensure the product remains unopened and in its original packaging.
